If you're experiencing issues on our site, you may be able to resolve the matter by clearing your cache. Here are steps to clear the browser cache on some common browsers.
To find out how to clear the cache, click your browser:
- Internet Explorer 9 and above
- Internet Explorer 8
- Internet Explorer 7
- Internet Explorer 6
- Firefox
- Safari
- Chrome
Clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 9 and above
- From the "Tools" menu or icon, click "Internet Options".
- Under the General Tab, Browsing history, click Delete...
- Check Temporary Internet files, and then click Delete.
Clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 8
- From the "Safety" menu, click "Delete Browsing History...".
- Check Temporary Internet files and History, and then click Delete.
Clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 7
- From the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
- Click the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
- Click the "Delete" button.
- Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files".
- Click "OK" to exit.
Clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 6
- From the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
- Click the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
- Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files...".
- Click "OK" to exit.
- Click the Menu button (the button with three (3) bars at the top right)
- Click "Options"
- Click "Advanced"
- Click the "Network"tab
- Under "Cached Web Content" click Clear Now.
- From the Safari menu, click "Empty Cache".
- When asked "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?", click "Empty".
- Click "Done".
Clearing the cache in Google Chrome
- Click the "Customize and Control Google Chrome" menu button (the icon looks like a wrench).
- Click "Clear browsing data...".
- Ensure that the "Empty the cache" checkbox is checked and select "Everything" from Clear data from this period.
- Click "Clear Browsing Data".
