If you're experiencing issues on our site, you may be able to resolve the matter by clearing your cache. Here are steps to clear the browser cache on some common browsers.

To find out how to clear the cache, click your browser:

 

Clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 9 and above

  1. From the "Tools" menu or icon, click "Internet Options".
  2. Under the General Tab, Browsing history, click Delete...
  3. Check Temporary Internet files, and then click Delete.

 

Clearing the cache in Firefox

  1. Click the Menu button (the button with three (3) bars at the top right)
  2. Click "Settings"
  3. Click "Privacy & Security"
  4. Under "Cookies and Site Data" click Clear Data.
  5. Make sure Temporary cached files and pages is checked and click Clear

 

Clearing the cache in Safari

  1. From the Safari menu, click "Empty Cache".
  2. When asked "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?", click "Empty".
  3. Click "Done".

 

Clearing the cache in Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu button (3 vertical dots at the top right)
  2. Click "Delete browsing data...".
  3. Ensure that "Cached images and files" is checked
  4. Click "Delete Data".

Clearing the cache in Edge

  1. Click the menu button (3 dots at the top right)
  2. Click "Delete browsing data...".
  3. Ensure that "Cached images and files" is checked
  4. Click "Delete Data".
